What to Bring.
When coming to an intake and screening appointment, here is what you will need. Call 865.443.3980 if you have any questions, or wish to register over the phone.

Bring a Driver’s License or Some other Form of State Issued Photo ID.

Bring any Court Documents, DCS or Police Reports Relevant to the Charges of Abuse Against You. If You are a Private Referral Client, You Might want your Partner to Write a Summary of Your Family’s Experiences with You.

Perhaps a Probation Officer, Lawyer or Court Representative will Need Your Certificate of Completion or Monthly Progress Reports. Please Bring the Contact Information for Whoever will Require Your Compliance Records.
